Is there a minimum contract term?
The Starter plan is cancel-anytime monthly. Business and Enterprise plans have a 12-month minimum with better rates.
Is the AI GDPR-compliant?
Yes. All conversations are processed exclusively on German servers. We provide a data processing agreement (AVV) on request.
What does an AI phone assistant cost without per-minute pricing?
Most DACH providers charge a base fee plus €0.15–0.28 per minute. With 200 calls at 3 min each, that adds ~€120/month on top. We offer flat tariffs instead: Starter €169/mo (200 calls included), Business €299/mo, Enterprise €499/mo (unlimited). No consumption risk, no cost explosion during traffic spikes.
What happens if the AI does not understand a question?
Three signals trigger handoff: (1) caller repeats the input identically (stuck state), (2) caller says "human" or "agent", (3) AI confidence drops below 70%. Direct transfer to your configured number with email summary. Outside business hours: callback request lands in your client portal inbox.
Does this work for medical practices and law firms?
Yes. For medical practices (Art. 9 GDPR health data) and law firms (§ 43a BRAO confidentiality) we offer industry-specific configurations with data processing agreement, German server location, and integration with practice/firm software (ra-micro, AnNoTex, Hottgenroth, sage 50 Handwerk). Setup time stays 48 hours.
Which existing phone system is compatible?
We work with any existing number (SIP, legacy ISDN via adapter, mobile). No new SIM, no hardware purchase. Integration with Placetel, Sipgate, NFON, easybell and all major DACH providers via call forwarding or SIP trunk — setup instructions provided at contract start.
